Content: Frozen Berry Fruit Mix, Raspberry, Smoked Pork, Sweet Corn

The fruit mixes were purchased at the store. We had used some of the bag for smoothies.  The fruit mix with the pineapple didn't dry all of the way. I didn't not notice until I had already started the defrost.

Batch Two

Started:  4 pm. June 25, 2017 Finished: 1 am. June 27, 2017 Approx. Total Time: 33 hours Content:  Pineapple A five year old "accidentally" pushed a button on the screen, which turned off the machine.  The pump needed to cool for an hour before it could be restarted.  During the cool I should have drained a little oil and the water that collects in the pump before restarting. I didn't and oil sprayed out of the vent pipe. The pump was turned off,  2 - 3 tablespoons of oil was drain out and a bit was added to cover the hole. The pineapple needed a few hours extra of drying time.
